Question:  Using technology could the elections in USA done better?

Key word definition

Ø Technology is the sum of techniques, skills, methods, and processes used in the production of goods or services

Ø An election is a formal group decision-making process by which a population chooses an individual or multiple individuals to hold public office.

We all realized through televisions and social medias that the 2020 USA elections has been in two main ways: In personal and by using mail.

o   The USA election person voting

it involved people attending to his or her local polling booth station to cast the vote and most people used this method because large and long lines were seen in different cities like Atlanta were people greatly involved themselves in early voting because most states allow voters to cast their votes early at specific locations if they can’t make it on the day of Election.

o   The mail in voting

The mail in voting was also used by citizens who were deeply scared of coronavirus, and this way of voting allows them to send a ballot from home without attending a polling station.

By using technology, I think Elections in the USA would have done better for the reasons bellow

Technology could maximize the number of people voting because many didn’t vote by fearing the deadly virus which is wiping people’s lives in the world. so, by using technology all the population could be registered by using advance technology like artificial intelligence where people can login to the system using fingerprint which cannot lie, and cannot allow someone to create 2 account because one person can’t have 2 fingerprints. Using a kind of technology, they will be able the have the exact number of all the people who are going to elect.

Another reason is that people wouldn’t like to use mail in voting system because they no longer trust it since it was identified that Russia had helped Trump by hacking into the voter’s system that was used at that time.

Using technology, they will be able to easy know how many people votes for who and how many didn’t vote, that by using advanced statistical technology, which are able to update the elections statistics every time. so, for me I think since the USA is an advance state in technology, they could use it to do better, clear and faster election not what we so on the Tv where people were standing in lines waiting for hours to cast their votes that can have many inconveniences like someone being effect by the Corona virus.

To conclude I want to say that technology would have been embraced in the last USA elections for the better results were fraud, manual vote counting and tallying would have been solved. Technology could have saved a lot of time, everything could have been done even a day, because technology is able to register a million of people in a second, capture people’s votes and make the static’s in a minute and also technology would be able to make the final decision by showing who has won and with how much percentages.

Digital Forensics and Encryption

Digital Forensics and Encryption The use of encryption technology to protect computer data is growing—and that fact presents a challenge for forensic investigators. Without a decryption key, forensic tools cannot be used to find digital evidence. Even with the key, searching encrypted data can be tricky and time consuming. Below are some answers to common questions about trends in the use of encryption and what investigators can do to get as much evidence as possible from an encrypted file or drive.

Modern cryptography exists at the intersection of the disciplines of  mathematics ,  computer science ,  electrical engineering ,  communication science , and  physics . Applications...
